星期日健康食谱六
寒冷的冬季,窗外雪花飘飘,周末不上班,睡到自然醒,真是最惬意的事。
这么冷的天,一会儿还要去户外活动,吃什么好呢?突然觉得很需要热量,于是早餐想到了糯米做的食品。对了,汤圆,做核桃黑芝麻馅的应该比较健康。把核桃仁先炒一炒,快好时加黑芝麻起锅,趁热将其碾碎,加少许白糖和蜂蜜,就可以包汤圆了,很方便。
滑雪回来,身体急需热量。午餐准备一块烧烤羊肉可帮助驱寒。不必做米饭了,弄个蒸锅,小土豆和玉米一起蒸上,蘑菇、芦笋、洋葱在平底锅里快速翻动烧烤一下就可以上桌啦!
午餐是西式的,晚餐自然要吃中餐了,最清爽的应该是粥吧。四个清淡的家常菜以素菜为主,既打点了晚餐,也一并应付了明天上班带的便当,一举两得,哈哈,乐哉!
