好心情早餐之三

这些日子忙晕了。忙固然好,可对我来说忙过头的损失之一就是错过了许多好心情早餐。

好久没有闲情坐下来,悠悠地品尝自己哼着小曲精心准备的早餐了。昨天是星期天,奇冷,哪儿也不想去,就想呆在家里随心所欲放松一下。晨起,突然惦念起好心情早餐,吃美食的欲望一冒上来,就觉得馋虫在胃里蠕动着,马上动手准备起来。

熬牛蒡营养粥,蒸热寿桃红豆包,摊上一个鸡蛋。不是很麻烦,早餐也就上桌了。

因为吃了好心情早餐,接下来洗衣服,打扫卫生,做了一天家务也没心烦。哈哈,看来这顿早餐还真值得。为此也向大家推荐一下,有福共享。

This domain appears to recieve a great deal of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It gives a nice individual spin on things. I guess having something real or substantial to talk about is the most important factor.
